Terms & Conditions

YMCA membership cards must be presented and scanned in to enter the facility. Please stop at the Y's Welcome Center on your first visit to pick up your card(s), have your picture taken, to sign the Y's "Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement" and to receive your Membership Overview which includes the Y's code of conduct. The Granite YMCA creates a community where all are welcome and builds a healthy spirit, mind and body based on the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. The YMCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if the member's behavior is not consistent with the YMCA's Code of Conduct. Loaning your membership card to another person will be subject to loss of membership privileges. Members are encouraged to secure personal items in a locked locker. The YMCA will not be liable or responsible for personal injuries, loss or damage to personal property of the member during use of the facilities. The YMCA is a charitable non-profit organization that provides services in our communities from the generosity of our donors. Donations can be made online or by contacting the Development Office at 603-782-2803. All Y promotional materials use photographs taken during actual programs. If I wish that my or my child's photo not be taken or used, I must give a written request to the program director.
