Pre swim team training designed for youth who have previously taken part in stage 5 and 6 swim lessons looking to join swim team in the future!  Participants will refine their stroke technique and build endurance in front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly.  Water safety is reinforced through treading water and building endurance.
