This program is designed to give swimmers a more competitive workout with swimmers of their ability and training level. Participants in this group must adhere to guidelines set forth including: social distancing in the water, arriving on deck with mask on, and not congregating in the pool, on the deck, or in the locker rooms. Lanes will be split by ability and practices will be member-led with the support of a YMCA staff member. All participants will do the same workout, which will be provided by a member of the group. YMCA staff will be available to help with communication of workouts and whiteboards will be available to display workouts.
This is a great opportunity to train with like-minded swimmers and to challenge each other, get a great workout, and have fun!
