7-day co-ed running camp - balances are due in full on or prior to 05/01/2023. If registering on or after 5/1/2023, payment will be due in full upon registering. Each runner will receive a calendar, runner's diary, camp t-shirt, a backpack from New Balance, and an 8x10 photo (photo is recieved if attending with a team of 5 or more). No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 7/1/2023.

**Please note that any payment method used for non-refundable deposit will be automatically charged on payment due date.**

CAMPER HEALTH FORMS:

All required health forms will be completed through CampDoc.com, an electronic health record system for camps. After January, you will recieve an email from CampDoc providing you with your account log-in information, password and instructions on how to complete all necessary fields and upload all required documents. If you have attended camp with us in the past, this email will prompt you to update your runner's information for the current camp season.

Any runner without this information completed upon arrival at camp will not be permitted to stay on premesis until all of the required documents have been uploaded to the runner's account.
