This group will continue to work on stroke technique and building endurance for greater success in swimming longer distances.  Swimmers must be able to swim a 2-hour practice and is focused more towards high school swimmers who are looking for a longer, more instense practice.  Must have coaches' approval prior to registration.  Must have ability to swim 100 yards of freestyle and backstroke and 50 yards of breaststroke and butterfly.

Must select a minimum of 3 practice days (total between Combined, Advanced 1, and Advanced 2 options).
