This group will continue to work on stroke technique and building endurance for greater success in swimming longer distances.  Swimmers must be able to swim a 105-minute practice.  Must have coaches' approval prior to registration. 

Must select a minimum of 3 practice days (total between Combined, Advanced 1, and Advanced 2 options).
