The Walk With Ease 6-week program can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. The goal is to walk 3 days a week for 60 minutes with an instructor. City walk will start at the YMCA of Downtown Manchester, 30 Mechanic St, Manchester, NH.
