YMCA of Concord offers adaptive swim lessons for individuals with learning or developmental disabilities.  Small group, private, and semi-private lessons are available.  Our instructors are trained to support swimmers as they work through common challenges experienced by individuals with autism, Down syndrome, anxiety, motor or physical support needs, sensory delays, and other developmental differences.

Our goal is to help each participant build confidence, increase independence in the water, and develop swimming skills in a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can learn and achieve their goals.
