This clinic will focus on the start and turn pieces of competitive swimming.  Turns will have an emphasis on setting up a great turn a few strokes out from the wall, fast and accurate push, and underwater technique.  Starts will be broken down into pieces including whistle review, correct foot placement, and momentum leaving the block.
