This class is designed for teens and adults with basic swimming experience able to swim a minimum of twenty five yards with some rotary breathing and able to tread water up to a minute. More focus will be given to the four basic swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) as well as other skills like diving, turns, and building endurance.
