The Granite YMCA proudly invites you to join us in celebrating the first graduating class of our new Childcare Workforce Development Program—an innovative initiative designed to strengthen New Hampshire’s early childhood education workforce. This program combines hands-on experience, college coursework, and credentialing support to prepare participants for higher-paying roles in childcare. With the guidance and partnership of Manchester Community College and dedicated YMCA staff, these graduates are equipped to make an immediate and meaningful impact in the field.
