This group will continue to work on stroke technique and building endurance for greater success in swimming longer distances. Swimmers must be able to swim a 90 minute practice. Swimmers are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to each practice to stretch.

Monday & Tuesday: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM @ Allard Center Outdoor Pool
Thursday: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM @ Allard Center Indoor Pool
Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM @ Allard Center Outdoor Pool (Optional add-on)
