Knowledge of the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke; ability to swim 100 yards of freestyle and backstroke and 50 yards of breaststroke and butterfly; for three times per week for a total of four hours per week. Increased pool time will continue to build a strong foundation of core techniques while building endurance.

Wednesday: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM @ Allard Center Outdoor Pool
Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM @ Allard Center Outdoor Pool (Optional add-on)
