Knowledge of the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke; ability to swim 100 yards of freestyle and backstroke, and 50 yards of breaststroke and butterfly; three times per week for a total of four hours per week.  Increased pool time will continue to build a strong foundation of core techniques while building endurance.
