This clinic is designed to work on the 2 competitive strokes, breaststroke and freestyle. It will help swimmers improve stroke technique and teach drills that will enable the continued refinement of the stroke. Coaches will utilize training tools such as kick boards, pull buoys and drills to re-enforce correct technique.
