The Counselor In Training program is a four-week camp experience for teens. In camp operations, participants will receive some abridged trainings that camp counselors receive, shadow different camp staff positions, and assist with programming. Additionally, these teens will go through interview training, completing an application, and complete their session with a capstone project. A certificate will be provided at a recognition event at the end of the summer. This is a great opportunity for teens who are seeking a camp job when they are of age.
