Roller Fitness is a beginner Roller Skating Fitness Program for adults! No skating ability required. We will incorporate both off and on wheel exercises and drills to help you develop your skating and fitness levels. This is not Roller Derby and there is no hitting or bumping. This program will build camaraderie, community and friendships. Our beginner classes include the following and more!
