This group will continue to work on stroke technique and building endurance for greater success in swimming longer distances. Swimmers must be able to swim a 90 minute practice and a total of 4 hours per week. Swimmers are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to each practice to stretch.

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Friday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
