Roll Out is an advanced roller skating fitness program for adults! We will incorporate both off and on wheel exercises and drills to help you develop your skating and fitness levels. This is not Roller Derby and there is no hitting or bumping. This program will build camaraderie, community, and friendships. Our advanced classes include the following and more!
Join us for some fun fitness on wheels!
*REQUIRED for each class: roller skates, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and a mouth guard!
** Also required: completion of our Beginner Roller Fitness class, completion of an assessment, or have A LOT of roller skating experience.
