Participants should be comfortable in all depths of the pool and have a basic understanding of moving through the water prior to registering for this class.  The focus for this class will be introduction to the following strokes: Freestyle/Front Crawl, Backstroke/Back Crawl, Breaststroke, and Elementary Backstroke.
