The YMCA cheerleading camp offers a fun, yet structured opportunity for kids who are interested in cheerleading. The YMCA will help kids improve their flexibility, coordination, balance, and strength through the core aspects of cheerleading: jumping, tumbling and dancing. The YMCA coaches will help kids learn new skills in a safe and fun environment that encourages self-expression and may even spark your child’s interest in the sport for years to come. Please ensure your child comes to camp with appropriate clothing, e.g. shorts, sneakers and a hair tie if needed.
