Time/Date: Sunday, February 16th, 12:15pm warm-up / 1:20pm start.  Positive check-in is required for all swimmers by 12:45pm.  Deck changes must be in by 1:00pm.  NO deck entries will be accepted.

Directions: The Granite YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown, 116 Goffstown Back Road, Goffstown, NH 03045 (Google Maps).  From Exit 6 on Rte 293: Follow to Amoskeag St/Amoskeag Traffic Circle to Goffstown Road/Goffstown Back Road to Allard Center.  Please use second entrance to West Lot.  Enter through the main entrance doors located in the Upper Lot.

Facility: The Allard Center Competition Pool is a 6-lane, 25-yard pool with seven-foot-wide lanes and non-turbulent lane lines. The timing system includes a fully-automatic Colorado electronic timing system with touchpads at the finish end of the pool with 6-line electronic display.  There are no touchpads at the turn end of the pool. The finish end of the pool is 9 feet deep; the turn end of the pool is 3.5 feet deep.  Spectator seating is for 240.

Pool Certification Statement: The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1

Warm-up/Warm-down: Lane 6 will be available during the meet as a warm-up/warm-down lane.

Eligibility: Open to all swimmers aged 18 and older. Your age is your age on the day of the meet. If USMS-registered, please include your full USMS ID# in the online form. You can get a copy from your online USMS account at USMS Membership Card. Online USMS membership registration is available at USMS Join or Renew.

Fees: $30/person for up to 5 individual events for entries received by Feb 7.  Late entries until Wednesday, Feb 12 will be accepted at a cost of $40/person.  Swimmers are permitted to enter a MAXIMUM of five (5) individual events.

Entries: Select up to 5 individual events. Please enter short-course yards times for all selected events. Seeding will be from slow to fast regardless of age and gender. If you do not enter a seed time, you will be seeded with No Time and placed in the first heat.

Relay Entries: We will not be deck seeding relays. Please email Adam Gaulin directly with your intended relay teams. You will be able to change swimmers and relay order until 1:00pm February 16, 2025.

Record Times: Times from this competition will be eligible for USMS record and Top 10 consideration, but not for world records. Any swimmer who intends to post a National Record during the meet should bring it to the attention of the Meet Official prior to your event.

Awards: Heat winner prizes will be given! No place awards will be given.

Rules: Current USMS rules for Masters Swimming will apply. Swimmers will be seeded in heats according to times; heats will run slowest to fastest regardless of age or sex. No equipment is allowed at any time, to include smart watches. No diving during warm-up except in designated lanes.
