Participants will develop specific motor skills and coordination that assist in their individual achievement with the instrument.  Music theory associated with with curriculum will be incorporated in order to reinforce learning of fundamentals.  The group will develop listening skills to further enhance their ability to identify differences in musical concepts introduced in the curriculum.  Individualized teaching will allow students will learning differences to excel at their own pace.  The curriculum is widely based on inclusiveness, allowing all levels of skill and interest to participate and become part of a greater whole, learning to adapt to new situations and concepts, as well as working together with others in the group in order to develop social skils in a musically-driven environment.  Ukulele included in the cost.
