We will be hosting our first annual YMCA Olypmics on Saturday March 23rd!  This will take place at the Downtown Manchester Facility from 9AM-12PM.  There will be 10 events to compete in and participants may compete in as many, or as few, as they like.  The categroies are broken up by age (18-49, and 50+) and gender (mens and womens).  The events are: Swimming, Running (Treadmill), Rowing, Biking, Jacob's Ladder, Pull-ups, Push-ups, Deadlift, Stone Throw (slam ball) and Long Jump.
