Reap all of the benefits of cardio kickboxing in this one-hour, calorie-torching circuit-workout! Kick, jab, and weave your way to better cardiovascular health, stamina, and strength. Classes are limited in size to allow for more one-on-one coaching and instruction, and are led by trained and experienced martial arts and kickboxing instructors. All equipment needed for classes will be provided, and all levels are welcome.
