Functional training refers to exercise routines that are designed to improve the ability to complete activities daily living or to enhance sports performance. All exercise can be individualized to meet any needs, whether your goal is to build staminal and maintain independence for household chores, or to build strength and stability for outdoor walking, hiking, or kayaking.
